Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Exceptions
Some items (like perishable goods, personalized products) may not be eligible for return or refund.
